Engineering Detail

Proprietary Telescoping Design

Atlantic Towers uses a proprietary telescoping architecture so the Fishing Arch can be adjusted to real boat geometry before final lock-in. This supports cleaner positioning on walkaround and express layouts while preserving the custom-install look the platform is known for.

  • Adjusts to fit walkaround fisherman and express cuddy cabins up to 26+ and 8'6" beam.
  • Supports broad fitment across flybridge and express configurations, with center-console gunwale mounting possible on select layouts.
  • Overall height can be tuned by trimming legs before base fitting installation.
  • Works with proprietary Pin & Pad fittings for four-point mounting and optional quick dismount.

Configuration & Fit

Leg Assembly & Clamp Positioning

Atlantic Towers leg assembly logic is built for practical dockside fit-up. During assembly, clamps and supporting legs can be positioned repeatedly to dial in geometry before final base fitting lock-in.

  • Supporting legs may be mounted outside or inside, depending on deck layout and installation path.
  • Proprietary clamps are designed not to mar finish, so legs can be repositioned as needed during fit tuning.
  • Legs can be trimmed to length before base fitting installation to set final top height.
  • Base fitting options support angled mounting surfaces and reduce the need for separate fairing pads.

Installation Engineering

Pin & Pad Positioning System

The Fishing Arch mounts in four locations using Atlantic Towers proprietary Pin & Pad hardware. This system is built to support secure positioning while keeping installation and seasonal handling practical for owners and yards.

  • Four-point Pin & Pad mounting ties the arch to the boat with a repeatable installation layout.
  • Nylon bushings help isolate Fishing Arch vibration from fiberglass contact surfaces.
  • The arch can be dismounted by removing the four 3/8" bolts, useful for limited-height storage situations.
  • For folding operation, the KIT02000 & KIT02200 hinge option replaces standard Pin & Pad hardware.

Universal Fit Advantage

Arch Platform for Radar, Rods, and Clean Wiring

Every Fishing Arch includes a 4-rod launcher, large radar plate, and mounting plates for additional antennas. Cabling can be routed inside the frame for cleaner rigging and fewer exposed runs.

If your build is radar/antenna focused, rod holders may be deleted for credit, matching the live product policy.

Spring-update bridge panel integration helps conceal wiring at the radar plate and gives the structure a refined finished look.

Standard Radar/Fishing Arch adjusts through an approximate beam mounting range of 85" to 123", and overall height can be tuned by trimming legs before final base fitting installation.
