Coverage Parameters
Atlantic Towers warrants to the original retail purchaser that for a period of five years* from the date of sale, Atlantic will repair directly, or through the contractor of its sole choosing, any cracks, fractures, or structural failure.
Specifically Excluded
- Fabrics and finishing materials.
- Surface treatments including anodizing and paint.
- Equipment not installed by Atlantic Towers.
- Removal and reinstallation costs for non-Atlantic equipment.
Warranty Voids & SOP
Unauthorized Welding
Welding performed by persons other than Atlantic Towers or authorized contractors immediately voids the warranty.
Repowering Violation
Installation of engines with a higher rating than the original boat equipment voids the structural warranty.
Third Party Design
Products manufactured to the specifications or designs of others are excluded from our standard warranty.
Claims Protocol
Defects must be reported to Atlantic Towers, in writing, within 30 days of discovery. Include all required documentation below.

Tower serial number or purchase I.D. and Boat HIN#.
Owner & Logistics
Name, current owner address, and present physical location of the Tower.
Incident Data
Nature of defect and exact date of retail purchase.

There are no other warranties expressed or implied. Atlantic restricts its warranty to repair, in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Atlantic shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
