Nearly 2" marine-grade pipe with secondary reinforcement near 1 3/8" and bright clear anodizing for salt-resistance.
Concealed Wiring Path
Approximately 12" x 12" radar plate plus four 4" mounting plates support electronics, antennas, and hidden cable routing.
Canvas-Friendly Geometry with Custom-Style Finish
The standard radar arch is designed to fit around existing bimini and navy-style canvas without interfering with most side curtains, windshield covers, or cockpit covers.
Installed appearance and structural performance are intended to resemble a custom welded unit. Total system weight is under 100 pounds, while still supporting two people for equipment installation tasks.
- Pin & Pad hardware with nylon bushings helps isolate vibration at mounting points.

Proprietary Telescoping Design

Pin & Pad Mounting Hardware
The Standard Radar Arch uses Atlantic Towers' proprietary Pin & Pad system for four-point boat mounting, combining practical vibration isolation with clean rigging pathways and straightforward dismounting access when needed.
- Includes an approximately 12" x 12" radar plate plus four 4" wide mounting plates.
- The mounting plates can accommodate up to six additional antennas.
- Radar, antenna, and other wiring may be concealed inside the frame for a cleaner installation.
- Arch mounts in four locations using proprietary Pin & Pad hardware with nylon bushings.
- Dismounting is done by removing four 3/8" bolts, which can help with low-door storage situations.
Installation Package and 2015 Wiring Cover Update
The package includes backing plates, instructions, and installation guidance for most boats. Atlantic Towers also publishes a dedicated installation video for radar and fishing arch systems.
New for Spring 2015, Tower In A Box arch bridges include a snap-in Sintra cover panel in the radar plate to help conceal wiring, a feature borrowed from custom structures.

KIT02000 & KIT02200 fold-down hinge conversion replaces standard Pin & Pad hardware for tool-free release and aft folding.
Adjust-O-Launcher
Patented aluminum rod-holder system mounts around the framework and pivots through 12 positions.
Adjust-O-Net Holder
Clamp-on net holder using the same patented positioning system with anodized finish that resists marring.
Anchor / Running Light
Two-way navigation lamp with all-round and forward-steaming modes on anodized mast to match the arch.
Welded Four Rod Rocket Launcher
Four tapered aluminum rod holders with welded butt pins and vinyl liners for overhead rod staging.
